FirstX1 Terms & Conditions

FirstX1 is a football intelligence competition platform. Users participate in Divisions — persistent groups that compete across the football calendar.

Two modes are available: Conviction, the flagship competitive mode with hidden picks and probability-weighted scoring; and Selector, a casual mode for fast outcome calls. Only Conviction Divisions are eligible for the Football Pyramid.

• Users must provide accurate information at sign-up.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
• You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account.

• Divisions are persistent competition groups, not one-off pools.
• Conviction is the flagship competitive mode and the sole route into the Football Pyramid.
• Only qualifying Conviction Divisions enter the Pyramid. Qualification is not guaranteed.
• Picks are frozen at lock and cannot be edited after kickoff.

To preserve competitive integrity, each entrant may only contribute toward one qualifying Conviction Division per season. The first Conviction Division a user joins becomes their Primary Division for Football Pyramid qualification.

• Players may join and play in any number of Divisions.
• Only the Primary Division contributes toward Pyramid qualification.
• Pyramid placements claimed by non-Primary entrants roll down to the next eligible player.
• FirstX1 may invalidate qualification attempts that involve duplicate participation, coordinated stacking or other circumvention of the Primary Division rule.

• Minimum participation thresholds apply at the Division level.
• Active player counts and weekly activity are continuously evaluated.
• Qualification criteria may evolve as the platform matures.
• Pyramid placement may be revoked for abuse or inactivity.
• The top qualifying Conviction Division earns placement into the Elite League. Format and rewards are determined per season.

FirstX1 reserves the right to review, validate, reject or revoke Pyramid qualification where manipulation, abuse, duplicate participation or artificial activity is suspected.

The Football Pyramid is a living competition system. FirstX1 may introduce additional Pyramid tiers, promotion structures and seasonal competition systems in future seasons — including, but not limited to, Championship-level competitions and movement between tiers.

• Pyramid structures may expand into future tiers, divisions and leagues.
• Promotion, relegation and seasonal restructuring may be introduced.
• Specific lower-tier formats are intentionally left open and will be defined as the platform evolves.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fake or duplicate accounts.
• Botting or automated picking.
• Coordinated manipulation of standings or qualification.
• Artificial inflation of Division activity.
• Exploitation of scoring, lock or settlement mechanics.

FirstX1 reserves the right to:

• Modify scoring systems.
• Update qualification rules.
• Evolve Pyramid structure and tiers.
• Suspend or remove accounts and Divisions for breach of these terms.

• The platform is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees.
• No financial value is attached to rankings, points or Pyramid placement.
• FirstX1 is an entertainment and competition platform.
