FirstX1 Terms & Conditions

FirstX1 is a football intelligence competition platform. Users participate in Divisions — persistent groups that compete across the football calendar.

Two modes are available: Conviction, the flagship competitive mode with hidden picks and probability-weighted scoring; and Pulse, a live, reactive matchday mode for fast outcome calls.

• Users must provide accurate information at sign-up.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
• You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account.

• Divisions are persistent competition groups, not one-off pools.
• Conviction is the flagship competitive mode with hidden picks and probability-weighted scoring.
• Picks are frozen at lock and cannot be edited after kickoff.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fake or duplicate accounts.
• Botting or automated picking.
• Coordinated manipulation of standings or qualification.
• Artificial inflation of Division activity.
• Exploitation of scoring, lock or settlement mechanics.

FirstX1 reserves the right to:

• Modify scoring systems.
• Update qualification rules.
• Suspend or remove accounts and Divisions for breach of these terms.

• The platform is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees.
• No financial value is attached to rankings, points or standings.
• FirstX1 is an entertainment and competition platform.
